We had been meaning to do this tour for some time now and we were not disappointed. We went on the ‘Penguin & Sea Lion Cruise’ in June (cold winds in winter) when they have special permission to access the Island during the breeding season. The boat trip was ‘cool’ but fun and VERY informative. We saw sunbathing sea lions and about a billion birds of all types, sizes and breeds. Millions of little chicks waddling around the access walk-ways on the island, with parent birds all squawking their little heads off with the stress of our group wandering all over the island. Unfortunately our trip fell into the “1% that didn't see any dolphins!”, but me thinks this figure is an arbitrary one. The sight-seeing cruise was great apart from the cold wind and the two young female staff members were very informative and the information they have memorised was exceptional! The passion these outdoor environmental girls have for their role in ‘educating’ the general public was absolutely amazing to listen to. Thank you both for a most amazing time on “The Island”.

Best day and crew. Yes it did take awhile to find the Dolphins, (yet we were told "Don't give up on us and we wont give up on you"). This was so true and finally we found them, & boy was it worth it. Swimming with the Dolphins was truly amazing. The most amazing experience ever.
